At present, the measurement devices in ambulances are not connected to any networks. They are not even synchronized automatically. In the future, the best solution appears to be to network them and to transmit data via a TCP/IP intranet on board the ambulance. Listed below are the vital signs that must be monitored(bedside monitors and digital video system excluded in this presentation).

The principle of bio-instrumentation should be reflecting on the daily life activity under the condition of unrestraint, natural, less-invasive and long term in a home. Based on this principle, it seems to be skeptical that current urodynamic study (UDS) are gentle enough to the elderly, and are reflected precisely their daily micturition because voiding itself reflect delicately to the body and mental activity.
